Meet our team

At Peckham Vets, our vets and nurses care passionately about animals and treat every patient as a sentient being. Every team member is hand selected for their compassion and ability to go above and beyond for our clients. They have the skills to provide a timely diagnosis and first-class veterinary treatment.

VETERINARY SURGEON

Angie

Angie qualified in the university of Forestry in Sofia Bulgaria and worked briefly in Greece in small animal practices and charities before moving to the uk in the end of 2018.

Angie joined our permanent team in Mayow in 2022 and she has a deep interest in dentistry and soft tissue surgery.

Away from the surgery Angie enjoys travelling and frequently visiting her family in Greece.

Veterinary Surgeon

Rachel

Rachel graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2023 with a keen interest in small animal and shelter medicine. She moved to London in 2019 from San Diego, California after earning her bachelor’s degree in general biology. During the pandemic, she worked as a VCA at our Mayow and Streatham Hill branches and was very excited to work with the team again as a vet in September of 2023. She loves the diversity of the job and how every day is different and is looking forward to enhancing her skills at our different clinics.
Outside of work, Rachel loves hiking and exploring London with her husband, as well as cooking, crocheting, and playing with her rescue cat Jiji. Now that London is her home base, she hopes to travel much more and bring her veterinary practice abroad through spay/neuter clinics and shelter medicine practices.

Veterinary Surgeon

Jarrin

Jarrin graduated Vet School in 2020 from Massey University in New Zealand. After a few years of working in a busy general practice in Auckland, Jarrin decided to do the swap to the Northern Hemisphere. After some veterinary work and travel through parts of Asia and Europe, he settled here in quaint South East London. Working between the Mayow, Parish and Peckham clinics, Jarrin enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a particular interest in internal medicine. Outside of work, you can catch Jarrin hiking in the nearby countryside, exploring London and enjoying the pleasures of Europe.

Veterinary Surgeon

Felicity BBV BVSc MRCVS

Felicity qualified in Australia in 2012, where she worked for two years in a mixed practice before moving to England in 2014.

Joining our permanent hospital team in 2015, Felicity is an extremely experienced GP and popular surgeon among many of our longstanding clients with complex medical cases.

Felicity is extremely proficient in the skill of laparoscopy surgery (keyhole spays) together with all soft tissue surgery and advanced medicine cases.

Being an OV Practioner means Felicity is available to give advice and issue passports/export certificates to small animal companions wanting to travel.

One of Felicity’s passions is medical investigation and treatment in older cats and she has committed in 2019 to advancing her ultrasound diagnostic skills.

Away from the surgery, Felicity enjoys nipping back home to Oz occasionally and when in the UK loves horse riding and camping.

Veterinary Surgeon

Malcolm BVSc MRCVS

Malcolm qualified in Australia in 2013.

Being an extremely confident vet in both consultation, internal medicine and surgery, Malcolm has now set his sights on becoming a more advanced imaging vet.

Growing up surrounded by animals from an early age, Malcolm knew he wanted to be a veterinary surgeon recognising the close companion relationship we form with our pets and the clinical care he would be able to give.
Part of coming to the UK for Malcolm was to experience how pet care differs from his home country and to experience travelling within Europe.
